Declaration by Indigenous People
[I.]
We Acknowledge and Honor creation, sovereignty of spirit,
mind and body keeping each natural person free to live, have
values, beliefs, enjoy individual personality and attributes of
life.
[II.]
We Acknowledge and Honor all greater and lesser sovereigns
and each natural person standing free in inherent and
immutable Life and Liberty; right of immutable hereditary
leadership; right of plea; right of congress; right of free
natural association; right of assembly; right of trade and
friendly intercessions with all under a covenant of peace,
prosperity, and happiness, apart from fear and freedom from
misprisions of treason.
[III.]
We Acknowledge and Honor that each free person nullifies
and sets aside fear by holding faith in the covenant of
individual inalienable indigenous Liberty, and trust to
ensure our creative hearts and minds direct our affairs.
[IV]
We Acknowledge and Honor our sovereign laws and places,
our sacred estates held in the land, and as embraced by our
original immutable promises to our children yet to be born,
embraced by natural thresholds and attributes.
[V.]
We Acknowledge and Honor the continuation of life, its
attributes, our individual natural and spiritual personality
intrinsic to our being, our consummated natural births,
hereditary families, adoption, implicit and explicit
arrangements, healing, righteous living places and
communities.
[VI.]
We Acknowledge and Honor that Each and All hold the
attributes of life as covenants above the aspects of society of
which we arrange in the first and final instances; while each
and all do not presume to create powers greater than the
individual natural person may possess in the first place, nor
speculate and gamble on ways and means of exchange, trade,
or treat life as a product granted by authorities and
institutions.
[VII.]
We Acknowledge and Honor the principles of sovereignty as
are seen, and known in the attributes of life, aspects of
society, totems, sacred sounds, treaty covenants Bone Fide,
warrior’s allegiance, alliance and individual personality of
each free indigenous natural person, family and community.
[VIII.]
We Acknowledge and Honor, whether by said titles of
honored noble character, vote of state, personality, or by
grace of the creator of the universe, that the sovereign
individual natural personality is regarded by their sovereign
life prayer, principles, ethics, codes, language, symbols,
words, phrases, geographical markings used and practiced
by indigenous people, identifying themselves and their
places.
[IX.]
We Acknowledge and Honor Liberty of creativity and
expression as endowed by the creator of the universe and
limit the duties and services provided by institutions
existing within indigenous dominium and sacred indigenous
estates held in the land.
[X.] Declarations:
We declare our principles of indigenous power and
sovereignty of heart, thought, individual natural personality
and living places;
We declare our manifest of life and eminent right to trusted
and perfected hereditary leadership, sovereign place,
acquisition, and placement of immutable symbols, markings
of indigenous sacred estates held in the land.
We declare to nullify and set aside alien doctrines of religion,
perception, academics, society, law, incorporation,
commerce and sciences that thwart, obstruct and defeat
raising the consciousness of people and their creative
indigenous actuality;
We declare “regard, grace, reverence, humility, love,
kindness, compassion, forgiveness, mercy, insightful
knowing, inherent natural Liberty and personality” as
attributes of life; and
